Why i come to the service center I'm always treated courteously. The service advisors don't "dumb down" their explanations. I like the follow up. Quick and easy. Very friendly and respectful service staff. Waiting room is nice and having refreshments and snacks are greatly appreciated. Incomplete checks When work is performed, I am satisfied. The staff is friendly, and the ease of drop off and shuttling is great. My repetitive issue with this center When work is performed, I am satisfied. The staff is friendly, and the ease of drop off and shuttling is great. My repetitive issue with this center is that they often only do part of the requested maintenance or checks. I had to go in 4 times to get my requested services completed. As I have an after market warranty, I do not appreciate having to pay the deductible over and over. More
