I was extremely disappointed twice re: service. I'll never go into a Kia dealership again. I'm telling everyone I meet to never buy a Kia. The first experience with service the employee lied to me, tried to manipulate the situation and balked at replacing a key part when the car was under warranty. the second and third experiance was also horrible. Couldn't get the car the new security upgrade when I was there on time for my appointment. Service people did'nt give a xxxx. More
