I gave it a five-star this time because my service advisor was very friendly and had me in and out faster than what I was expecting for the recall on the driver seat power button. And the last time advisor was very friendly and had me in and out faster than what I was expecting for the recall on the driver seat power button. And the last time also in for two recalls and a different service adviser was very friendly and have me in and out faster than I was expecting. But the previous time that I was there I was not impressed because I had questions about using the Kia app and three different people knew nothing about it. I had a question about the warranty and was told that one of the managers would come talk to me well I was waiting and he never did I saw him talking to other people and he would just walk by. So I know that you want to get a good rating and if you keep up the good work then I can afford to give you a five-star rating. But if you go into any of the Kia groups online and they all say that they love the vehicle but they have the worst dealership experience. So I'm hoping that you can continue on with what you're doing now. Thank you very much. More
