The service department team was excellent. They were fast, kind, and very helpful. I was given exceptional service by all team members. Called to schedule appointment and clearly described issues car was having. Was scheduled for a Saturday morning. Get to Service Center on appointment day and am told that they can only do the oil chang issues car was having. Was scheduled for a Saturday morning. Get to Service Center on appointment day and am told that they can only do the oil change and they would have to keep the car until at least Monday. They said they never have techs on weekends to do anything more than maintenance. Huge inconvenience for something they knew they weren’t going to honor ahead of time. Won’t buy Kia again. More
