Ryan responded

After talking to the service coordinator today, it does appear that they have been looking at my car. The reason I though that my car had never been looked at was because the Service status web link the dealer sent me has never updated past Arrival. Just another thing that has not worked with this service experience.

Today I called and Keith took the call. He took a few minutes to explain the troubleshooting process and how the back and forth goes with the manufacturer. This really helped me to understand why this is a challenging repair, and why it is taking so long. Before this conversation I was under the impression that the reason for the delay was because the service department was too busy to look at my car. I felt much better after this conversation.
