I have a 2023 with 32,000. My car has had a lot of issues and I have had to take my car in for service multiple times for extended periods of time. In general the service center has some good folks, but is very understaffed. I have had some good work, and some sub par work. Overall they expect you to work around them. If you have an issue that requires engine work plan on them having your car for over a week before they will look at it. They will not schedule based on technician availability. They had my car for three weeks for an electrical issue with the EPB system that they were never able to resolve. I took it to another dealer and they had it diagnosed in a day and fixed in a week. I personally will never buy another Kia. More

Initially charged 1400 for repairs stating the coils needed to be changed to resolve the issue and also routine repairs of alignment adjustments and new tires and oil change would be necessary. We Talke needed to be changed to resolve the issue and also routine repairs of alignment adjustments and new tires and oil change would be necessary. We Talked down to the minimum maintenance for 450 for just the coil and oil change. The repair did not even fix the issue. The catalytic converter was the initial problem and was not discovered by the shop but discovered on our own investigation when we got the vehicle back home.. We will be looking elsewhere for maintenance, to ensure the issue gets resolved in one trip instead of this potential scenario occurring again. More
