I appreciate how quick Rey got me in for Oil Change. Another reason I chose to have that service there because I couldn't open the hood and the latch is broken. I was told that the latch is rusty and ne Another reason I chose to have that service there because I couldn't open the hood and the latch is broken. I was told that the latch is rusty and needs lubrication. After the oil change service, I took the car for a cheaper brake service as I was advised and found out that the mechanic who did the oil changed did not even lubricate the latch. It was disappointing but overall I still rate it as 4. More
