I came in while I was on a road trip with my family and we got a flat. Robert helped me find the right tire (the last one!) and got me and my family back on the road very quickly. The service was outright ridiculous. Telling me get drive it till it gets worse,after be stolen two time's them haven more of year then I did. And costing me total of 4200. I typically don’t have issues with Kia but this service took almost 2 weeks and every time I called to ask it seemed like they had an attitude. I was left without a ride for two weeks with no ETA or no off took almost 2 weeks and every time I called to ask it seemed like they had an attitude.
