We were charged a ridiculous amount of $110 for an oil change and air filter. We were never told a cost upfront for the oil change only when we picked up the vehicle. I was told that my tire tread was showing. It had not been before I dropped it off. I felt like I was being pressured to buy new tires instead of my concerns being addressed.
