I recommed you speak with David Bozzo, Sales Consultant, at Kia of Lansing (517.393.5700). He provided service far above service I have ever recieved from a car salesman. I also had the opportunity to meet Skip Young, Owner of Kia of Lansing and Kia of Jackson. Skip worked one on one with us and made buying a new car a possibility for us. We are now the proud owners of a brand new 2013 Kia Soul +. We have owned the vehicle for a day now and love it. Hats off to the team at Kia of Lansing. We could not be happier with the service. More

The service department appears to be concerned with the customer's satisfaction and vehicle. I have visited the service department twice since purchasing my Rio, for very minor issues (tape lft on the rig customer's satisfaction and vehicle.
