Excellent service, as always I arrive 15 minutes late for my appointment. I ask if I can still get my oil change, I am told “Anything for you!”. I sit in a very nice waiting room and am updated a few times of the status of my service. 24 minutes later, I am on my way. The service professionals are efficient, polite, and awesome to work with. I recommend Kia of Lansing. More

Awesome crew! Staci, Ryan, and all the members of the Kia team were awesome and very helpful! They were able to put us in the vehicle we wanted with no hassle. Service center has always treated me with respect, all are friendly. Was able to put me in a loaner.
