Great customer service I worked with Jacob in sales and he was very helpful and professional, without coming across as the stereotypical “used car salesman”. The car I bough I worked with Jacob in sales and he was very helpful and professional, without coming across as the stereotypical “used car salesman”. The car I bought had some minor issues about a week after I purchased it and the issue wasn’t covered under warranty, but they promptly sent me a loaner car and took mine in for service. I would absolutely recommend Kia of Lansing to anyone looking for a new Kia or any used car. The only reason for a 4 star rating is it has taken a few tries to get the issue worked out with the car, but they have been easy to work with and haven’t charged me at all for fixing it. As long as the repairs are taken care of for good I will be back again! More
