So Helpful I bought an as is Kia Rondo and was on a time crunch. Jeff Darden was amazing. I went in told him what I was looking for and what I saw online. Oil change and rotation I came in first thing Saturday morning, and was the first customer in line. They have a very efficient check in process, Jeremy asked what I needed, h I came in first thing Saturday morning, and was the first customer in line. They have a very efficient check in process, Jeremy asked what I needed, he said I was all set and went to the waiting room. Unfortunately, my car was put in line behind a customer getting new tires. No one recognized this until after I had been there for an hour and saw multiple customers come in then leave. Jeremy came in, explained the situation, apologized for the error and gave me a card for a free oil change. I will always respect and get behind any brand and service organization that is accountable for their actions. Although, I had to wait a little longer, the service is still top quality, and the customer experience is great. Thank you Kia of Lansing service department! More
