Excellent service My daughter's car hood broke while driving on the highway. When it flipped up, it smashed the windshield and the hood bent. We had to wait on a part to come in but Young communicated that it would be one more day before I get my car back We got the car back in a timely fashion. The week they said we woukd get it back. Unknown costs! I was guaranteed a complete auto check with every problem that they've seen . I haven't had my car 60 days and I ran into two problems the first one I was guaranteed a complete auto check with every problem that they've seen . I haven't had my car 60 days and I ran into two problems the first one they fixed but the second one they would not, because I did not get the extended warranty. If you try to buy the extended warranty, it will add to your payments over $100 a month. Yes they will help people with bad credit, but instead of adding it to the total cost of your car they charge you extra for the extended warranty. This will add over $100 to your monthly payment which most people can't afford! No, I will never recommend Kia of Lansing to another person again! More
