Great buying experience I had a bit of a unique car buying experience where everything was pretty fast paced. Gut feeling somehow told me to go to Kia (probably the radio co I had a bit of a unique car buying experience where everything was pretty fast paced. Gut feeling somehow told me to go to Kia (probably the radio commercial that gets stuck in my head). Walked in not really know what I wanted, what we could qualify for in terms of financing or any idea of what to do. Isaiah sat down with us and chatted over what we could possibly do, ran a credit check, took us for a test drive in a certified pre-owned Optima and came back and basically handed us the keys. I had no idea that it would be that fast or easy considering every other car I've purchased was a bit of a nightmare between working with the bank and dealership. A huge thank you to Isaiah and Kia of Lansing for really going above and beyond to get us in a great new car! More

Extremely Satisfied I had scheduled an appointment for a part installation (my drivers side windshield squitter was not dispensing fluid). Service was awaiting my arriva I had scheduled an appointment for a part installation (my drivers side windshield squitter was not dispensing fluid). Service was awaiting my arrival. Only took about 1/2 hour and no charge as my Kia was under warranty, YEAH for their warranties. My service man was so very polite. Even pulled my auto into the building as it was raining and he didn't want me to get wet. THANK YOU !!! More
