Incomplete checks When work is performed, I am satisfied. The staff is friendly, and the ease of drop off and shuttling is great. My repetitive issue with this center is that they often only do part of the requested maintenance or checks. I had to go in 4 times to get my requested services completed. As I have an after market warranty, I do not appreciate having to pay the deductible over and over. More

Fantastic with a few bumps Jeff did a great job finding the car I wanted at a price that was acceptable for me. It took him only ah hour to find the exact type of vehicle I nee Jeff did a great job finding the car I wanted at a price that was acceptable for me. It took him only ah hour to find the exact type of vehicle I needed !! The only problem was the people who deal with the financial part didn’t do their job by calling my old loan lender promptly and dealing with them. I also was not informed that I needed to call my old lender and tell them I traded in my car so I ended up paying on a car I no longer have. Now I have to wait 3weeks for a refund. More
