Jacob is awesome! I have to admit I was a little worried that Kia wouldn't be able to help me out. My credit isn't the best and I didn't have any money down. Mando & KIA of Lansing is every customers dream! This is the second car I have purchased from Mando @ KIA of Lansing. I won't buy a car from anyone else! He is the best! I needed tires, a new battery among other things. I called Mando, he had me go to the dealership and he looked at my current situation. I qualified for a brand new Soul. He had to call another of their locations to get a white one for me. He sent me home in a dealership car because of my tire and had the new car ready for me the next day! I spend very little time at the dealership and yet while I was there they kept checking in with me to let me know it wouldn't be much longer. That showed me they cared about my time. Another truly great experience there! The service department is wonderful also. Great to do business with such an honest caring salesman and dealership! In the past I have spent the better part of a whole day at a dealership in Arizona, not fun! More
