After having paid cash for a new Kia Sportage Hybrid we have yet to receive any type of personal thank you from the dealership or the sales person. All we get are automated texts or emails from Kia asking have yet to receive any type of personal thank you from the dealership or the sales person. All we get are automated texts or emails from Kia asking about our experience. The personal touches breed brand loyalty. Texts and emails asking survey questions isn’t the answer.
