Poor communication. Had to call to get updates. Long wait time for car to be seen. Thirteen days of keeping car with NO service done. Would not cover rental. Friendly staff was the only positive. Nearly $500 time for car to be seen. Thirteen days of keeping car with NO service done. Would not cover rental. Friendly staff was the only positive. My last experience was not good for multiple reasons. I had called and scheduled a 3:30 appointment for an oil change. Totally understandable during a pandemic. While waiting, I saw at least 4 people come had called and scheduled a 3:30 appointment for an oil change. Totally understandable during a pandemic. While waiting, I saw at least 4 people come in after me, and all leave before me. I waited for an hour and forty five minutes before someone told me my vehicle was ready. When they told me the total, they had done more than just an oil change, without coming to speak to me during my lengthy visit. More
