I had a problem with my shifter and contacted Kia of Lansing. They had a tow truck in route quickly and had a loaner ready when I arrived at dealership. The whole process was quick and professional. While I had hoped to pay under MSRP, I feel that I received a fai certainly recommend Lansing Kia to others. Both Travis and Brandy were outstanding.
