They have improved since my last visit but still leave much to be desired. Telling me they'll be sure to call when parts come in and don't. Telling me to pick a day for my appointment and then telling me much to be desired. Telling me they'll be sure to call when parts come in and don't. Telling me to pick a day for my appointment and then telling me they can't get me in until days later. However, the serviceman who waited on me was helpful and pleasant. Answered all my questions and went over the final bill with me. I appreciated the time he took with me and the ride that was provided while they worked on my vehicle. More
