The price of parts was expected to be high but when I went to have my key fob programmed I was initially told 20 minutes and 25 dollars by Jeremy Smith. When returning the next day for service I was told went to have my key fob programmed I was initially told 20 minutes and 25 dollars by Jeremy Smith. When returning the next day for service I was told an hour and a half to program and 45 dollars by a tech. And after waiting an hour I was told sorry we can't program the key fob you bought from us. I didn't get the suv I thought I was quoted to get. Although I like the one I did get, it doesn't have the items I wanted either. Had I know I was paying to much for the car I would have went down street to the shysters. Buy wait you all charged more then value of car plus interest rate was to high. He even picked out car for me. I was just in a bad place needed car cause mine would not start had to be at work by 6 am the next day. I truly would not have gotten this car had it not been a emergency. I feel Kia screwed me over on the his B one. More
