Past 12 years service went from great to poor. Recently had my tires rotated, they start vibrating at highway speeds. Told me they didn't do it, was like that when it came in. Wanted to charge me $80 to balance them and wouldn't let me schedule an appointment to check them. Went to Bell tire and got it done for free. More
