The people are awesome and the work they do is also awesome! Jacie is the BEST because she always sends me a hello email that reminds me to get the oil changed, tires rotated, etc.,and I really, really awesome! Kia of Lansing where you can go and get lied to and verbally insulted by the sales man. This place is the worst! They advertise that 3000 dollar trade.
