As a matter of fact, in my 50 years, I've always dreaded buying a new car because of the tactics of most dealers. KIA of LaGrange however has been a breath of fresh air! I already knew what car I wanted and also knew where I wanted the price point to be. I had gathered pricing from dealers that were much closer to my home, but read all of the positive reviews online about Kia of LaGrange and decided to "chat" with them on their website to get a feel for how the truly were. I was very fortunate to get Kelvin Thorton on the other end. He was able to find the exact car I wanted on their lot immediately. When we began talking pricing, no games were played and he came back with a very fair price almost immediately. After a couple of emails with copies of the window sticker for me to review and a few minor negotiations, it was a done deal, sight unseen! They even delivered the car to my home because of my work schedule. Kelvin Thorton and Randy Jackson were both eager to answer questions and resolve ANY and ALL concerns. TwoThumbs Up! More
