My sweet grandmother took her 11 Sorento in to get the oil changed, and jerry made a big show of needing the brakes done and no more than 24 hours lat My sweet grandmother took her 11 Sorento in to get the oil changed, and jerry made a big show of needing the brakes done and no more than 24 hours later it started shaking so bad it felt like the whole thing was going to fall apart - she had to have it towed in and they refused to admit fault and refused to fix it - worst of all they refused to refund the original amount they charged my grandmother for brakes!!! Jerry overcharges, underperforms, has ZERO accountability and ZERO character and apparently takes joy in taking advantage of elderly customers. Do not go to Jerry and do not go to this service department unless you want your car leaving in worse condition than when it came in. Also good luck calling - they hang up on you again and again. More
