He said the order would go in 3 days after taking my deposit on a Friday afternoon and he would keep me up to date through the process. Kyle handed me off to Dayton to finalize the agreed upon cost of sale and receipt of the deposit. 2 weeks later I call and after multiple attempts with others promising he would call me back, I finally reach him expecting to hear the order was submitted but instead learn the order wasn't even placed. Kyle then gave me excuses regarding his ability to place orders and said the order would go in in the next few days and at the latest early the following week. Prior to ending the call I requested he call to confirm once the order was placed and he reassured me he would but if he didn’t to call him. He said he would call to let me know the order went in, yet several more days passed without contact. I called early in the third week requesting to speak with him and was told he was promoted and someone else would be helping me because he was so busy. The new guy Drew apologized for Kyle not getting back to me (because he was so busy) and stated he spoke with Kyle and the order went in the night before my current call and they would know in a few days if the order was received, but again worst case scenario the order may go in several days later in the week. Drew said he would call and called 2 days later and late one evening to tell me it was his day off but he had reached out to Kyle and others and had not heard back. The next day when I called Drew stated the order had not been placed but they were hopeful it should be placed in the next few days. I told him I would be calling that Friday morning and requesting a refund if the order had not been placed. Now 4 weeks after taking my deposit the car had still not been ordered and I decided to call it quits with these guys (having been more than patient). When I called to request a refund of course there was no answer on Drew’s phone or Kyle’s phone. So I called the dealer and after being passed around finally got ahold of Drew. He stated Kyle was going to order the car that morning. I explained I was tired of the run around and requested an immediate refund. Suddenly Kyle was available to speak with me and got on the phone stating he was going to order the vehicle regardless and if I still wanted it he would reach out to me when it arrived. I explained to him that he had been feeding me this line for 4 weeks and I was no longer interested in their games and extremely dissatisfied with his dishonesty, lack of professionalism, and poor customer service. He abruptly got off the phone and passed me back to Drew. I demanded an immediate refund which was processed. Kyle was dishonest from the start regarding his ability to do what he said and in my opinion likely conducts business like this as a general practice. Kyle and Dayton were in contact (for the first day) until they received my deposit. However, once I paid my deposit they put me on the “pay me no mind list”. His colleagues perpetuated the lies and excuses and there is a general tone amongst all of whom I interacted with from the call operator to the above mentioned sales people in which they continually offer excuses regarding their work load how busy they are and anything but honesty and sincere acceptance of their failures. Every time I called I was met with either a non-response/answer, no response to text messages, or voice mails not set up and unable to leave messages. I also emailed the general manager 2 weeks ago to discuss this and yet to have received a response. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these guys. In 20+ years of buying vehicles this was the absolute worst experience. Thanks for reading and I hope it saves many others the aggravation and time lost you are likely to experience. More

Five Stars! Three cars bought in two and half weeks! The team at Kia of Lagrange is above and beyond any car dealer I have dealt with in the past. From the leadership team to the team detailing the vehic The team at Kia of Lagrange is above and beyond any car dealer I have dealt with in the past. From the leadership team to the team detailing the vehicle for delivery they go above and beyond. But there is certainly one individual that stands out above the rest but still considers himself "just part of the team". Eric is one of the most hardworking individuals I have met, but he is hardworking with a true sense of pride and honesty! Because of these traits, our family purchased three cars from him in two and half weeks. Each deal he made it seem like it was his only one, from the initial communication to handing over the keys after finance. I can not say enough about the experience! More
Awesome I would first say if it hadn't been for Alan Vasquez the sale would have never happened. This is a very charismatic caring salesman. Beyond that he and Dayton were spot on, on how to treat a perspective buyer. They we're in no rush or push and never once with all our questions never made the standard sales pitch of, "What can we do to make this sell happen and get you into this car." They simply listened to what we were looking for. Never trying to push other models or options on us. But through their listening Dayton and Alan did make suggestions that only enhanced our buying experience and our needs of what we were needing in our car. They knew we had already found another car at another locations and went above and beyond to make us happy by not only matching but beating the other deal. Their explanations on the entire process was thorough and precise. While totally professional they also made it a personal and friendly adventure. While we all know making purchases of new automobiles and homes can be time consuming and taxing they made us feel comfortable and relaxed. This is our first Kia and its because of the awesome job by both Dayton and Alan. More
