The Service Advisor (Jerry), Shop Foreman (Travis), and Service Director (Thavin) were all super caring and professional in both assessing and addressing the concerns I had with my 2014 Kia Soul. Not only did they fix the issues I had under warranty, they also provided me with a loaner vehicle for the week to drive back home (3.5 hours away) so that they could the get the parts in and take their time to do the job right. This is by far the best dealership service department experience I've had in 25+ years of owning multiple vehicles from different manufacturers. These guys are the crème de la crème, and I was wowed by their customer service. I would highly recommend this service team to take care of all your Kia maintenance and warranty needs! More
