Kia of Irvine has been consistent with their service for the past 5 years that I have gone. The servicemen are always polite, trustworthy and honest in their dealings. I last took my 2017 KIA Sorento in for service on May 30, 2025 and Danny was so very helpful, he assured me that I would be taking good care of and I absolutely was. When I arrived to pickup my vehicle Danny was out to lunch and Brad assisted me with my check out payment, his smile and attentiveness was outstanding! He informed me that he would let Daniel know that I came by to pickup my vehicle. Thank you for your awesome service Kia of Irvine! More

RUN. Don’t walk. Just RUN. This was, without a doubt, the worst car-buying experience of my life. The finance guy started arguing with me like we were Don’t walk. Just RUN. This was, without a doubt, the worst car-buying experience of my life. The finance guy started arguing with me like we were in a courtroom drama—except he was lying through his teeth. Claimed the car was in stock. Spoiler: it wasn’t. I waited around for an hour, starving, while they scrambled to find it. When they finally did? “Oh… we can’t sell it yet. It hasn’t been checked in.” Seriously? They promised not to run my credit. Guess what they did anyway? And just when I thought I was done, the same guy chased me into the parking lot trying to get me to sign a credit check form after running it. Unbelievable. We only bought the car because my wife had no transportation and we were desperate—otherwise I would’ve gladly walked away and never looked back. Oh, and the cherry on top? They sneaked in a theft protection plan I never agreed to. Dishonest. Pushy. Sloppy. This place is a masterclass in how NOT to run a dealership. More
