Kia of Irvine has been consistent with their service for the past 5 years that I have gone. The servicemen are always polite, trustworthy and honest in their dealings. I last took my 2017 KIA Sorento in for the past 5 years that I have gone. The servicemen are always polite, trustworthy and honest in their dealings. I last took my 2017 KIA Sorento in for service on May 30, 2025 and Danny was so very helpful, he assured me that I would be taking good care of and I absolutely was. When I arrived to pickup my vehicle Danny was out to lunch and Brad assisted me with my check out payment, his smile and attentiveness was outstanding!
