BEWARE! ! I had my 2019 KIA forte towed to the service department on May 31st 2022. Two weeks later they finally gave me a diagnosis of my vehicle needed a w ! I had my 2019 KIA forte towed to the service department on May 31st 2022. Two weeks later they finally gave me a diagnosis of my vehicle needed a whole new motor. Fast forward to June 28th 2022 I got a call saying my car was finally completed of all repairs needed. I got to pick up my car and go to drive away when I realize my front windshield is cracked half way across the windshield. Now the service department is saying there was a small crack in the windshield when it was dropped off and from being in the sun the crack grew. The picture clearly shows a water spot, not a crack!! I can't believe I'm being told this and it's their story they're running with. Even if there was a small crack and they know the sun makes it bigger xxx wouldn't they inform me about this? Instead I'm told by the manager that "KIA uses cheap glass and it happens all the time." Again, them knowing this and not taking the proper precautions for my vehicle in their care I'm basically being told "too bad." I have had nothing but horrible experiences with KIA, last year in August 2021 my transmission went out and now only 9 months later my engine has gone out and needed to be replaced. To top everything off the service department cracks my windshield and doesn't take responsibility and blames KIA for using cheap glass. The manger himself told me KIA vehicles "are ok vehicles for what you pay for them." I clearly understand that now. I'm greatly disappointed in the service overall due to the fact I took care of the loner vehicle like I would my own while they repaired my motor. Unfortunately have to get lawyers involved because I am done with all these problems KIA has given me!!! Below are photos of before and after of my vehicle. Again take your vehicle to them at your own risk. Only reason I didn't name drop the employees names is I don't want to be the reason of anyone being fired. More
DON'T BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ! My son and I came to buy their Kia Niro advertised online for a good price. We did our homework and showed up to today ready to buy. ( he leaves for school tomorrow) When I confirmed the price with the salesman and said we're ready to buy, he said "you have to buy the security system too and it's $1,500". Having bought a couple of cars in my day, I politely said I don't want the "security system" and I'm ready to buy the car, with cash. The salesman pulled the "let me talk to my manager" bit and came back with "you have to buy the security system or it's no deal" We left their lot and took our business to an honest dealer (Kia Garden Grove) Moral of the story: if a dealership is willing to force you into this kind of unconscionable contract, how many other ways are they trying to cheat you ? How many ways are they gouging you that you don't know about ? Car deals are one of the most expensive purchases you will make, and contracts like this should only be entered into with a business you can trust. Advertising a car for a teaser price in order to try to hook you at closing with a bogus security system fee screams dishonesty and deceit. DON'T TRUST IRVINE KIA More

Don't return calls, can't diagnose. Second time in still not fixed. First time in for over a month, check engine light came on after getting a new engine, within on mile. I had a great experience with Jim Olson in the service department, and I recommend him to anyone that wants to be treated with respect and honesty. I had an issue with KIA they did not want to change the department, and I recommend him to anyone that wants to be treated with respect and honesty. I had an issue with KIA they did not want to change the engine on my 2020 Kia Soul. Jim spoke to Kia and was able to have them put in a new engine at no cost to me. They received the engine from KIA on Thursday, my car was ready Friday at 1pm. If you have a problem and need real honest help, speak to Jim !! He is the man !! I promise you will thank me ! More
This place is a complete joke. What a waist of time, I was having them check the work I paid $300 plus for that didn't help. I have a picture showing it was 31 Celsius, when it was 98 degrees out. They never did my oil change and never called me to tell me they didn't do anything to my car. I called at 5 pm and found out.
