I had a great experience with Jim Olson in the service department, and I recommend him to anyone that wants to be treated with respect and honesty. I had an issue with KIA they did not want to change the department, and I recommend him to anyone that wants to be treated with respect and honesty. I had an issue with KIA they did not want to change the engine on my 2020 Kia Soul. Jim spoke to Kia and was able to have them put in a new engine at no cost to me. They received the engine from KIA on Thursday, my car was ready Friday at 1pm. If you have a problem and need real honest help, speak to Jim !! He is the man !! I promise you will thank me ! More
This place is a complete joke. What a waist of time, I was having them check the work I paid $300 plus for that didn't help. I have a picture showing it was 31 Celsius, when it was 98 degrees out. They never did my oil change and never called me to tell me they didn't do anything to my car. I called at 5 pm and found out. Took my 2012 Kia Soul in for a computer recall fix. The next day we were driving at about 50 mph and noticed the car was vibrating to the point I thought I might have a flat tire. I checked the tires to f next day we were driving at about 50 mph and noticed the car was vibrating to the point I thought I might have a flat tire. I checked the tires to find I had two mismatched tires on the front of the vehicle. I have never put mismatched tires on my car. It is hard to believe they would swap a tire out but I don't know what else to think. The only other possibility is someone swapped a tire in my carport on the very night Kia of Irvine worked on my car. Quite a coincidence. Anyway, my front tires were well worn and I intend to replace them tomorrow but I just wouldn't take my car back to this dealership. More

This place is terrible. I dropped my car off for service, and was told it would take 2-2.5 hours. I returned 3 hours later, only to find they hadn't even started on my car. I live in LA and had to take time off work to drive down & wait. I didn't realize I needed to block out a whole day for a simple oil change. Really disappointed and after leasing 2 cars froM this location, and driving a Kia for 7 years now, I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere. More
I bought a new K5 in September 2020 and got the extended warranty, maintenance, etc. Changed my mind and asked to have the warranty and maintenance removed and credited to my account. After several months warranty, maintenance, etc. Changed my mind and asked to have the warranty and maintenance removed and credited to my account. After several months I learned that they did refund the warranty but put the incorrect account number on the check so it was not credited, After 3 calls, KIAMF is working on a correction now but not sure how long it will take. Every time I ask about getting the maintenance refunded (Their coupons only work for their dealership which I wasn't told and I live in San Diego County) I have heard nothing. Now 9 months later I still have not heard if they are planning to finally refund it. My emails are seldom returned. More
