I have a service plan that was sold as covering all services for the car for 3 years, from this same dealership. However, it turns out the plan only covers oil changes, and I was charged for the cabin services for the car for 3 years, from this same dealership. However, it turns out the plan only covers oil changes, and I was charged for the cabin air filter. So either the plan was a scam, or the service dept is charging for services that are included in my plan. Either way, I feel misled and/or ripped off. More

Making an appt was easy & convenient. I was helped promptly by Andrew, who's a great communicator. In my 5 or 6 times of having my car serviced, he was the first consultant to ask if I I was helped promptly by Andrew, who's a great communicator. In my 5 or 6 times of having my car serviced, he was the first consultant to ask if I wanted my car washed! He checked to see if i needed transportation, directed me to a clean lounge, updated me with what my car needed, and even got me out of there 30 minutes earlier than promised.
