Annie took good care of me I went to a few Kia dealerships in the LA area and Irvine was by far the friendliest, most helpful and had what I wanted. The only time I felt pushed or overwhelmed was in the finance department (not with Annie!) and the sales person was trying to get me to buy an extended warranty. He was somewhat condescending. When I think of car dealerships, it is the equivalent of going to the dentist. Absolutely not pleasant, but necessary. Buying a Used Car is a Scary Process After locating a vehicle we were interested in, we contacted the designated sales associate Abby. She provided additional information on the vehicle (ie: remaining warranty, maintenance records, etc) online so we could decide if we wanted to see and test the car. She managed to keep the process and anxiety of buying a used car to a minimum. We elected to finance a portion of the vehicle. This was handled by Abby and Farhad. They kept the paper work moving, and were both very pleasant, and easy to work with. Most importantly, no one tried to convince us to buy another car that was on the lot, which we had experienced this at other dealers recently.
