After an hour of negotiation and compromise on my end, we ended up getting the payment where I wanted it. Sameer is a nice, family man. I’ll recommend him to friends and family looking for a Kia. Btw, I love my Kia way more than my GMC Acadia. Very happy with my purchase. More

Sales was great, but finance guy almost blew the deal! I gave this dealership 5 stars because overall they were excellent. Danielle (Ortega i think?) helped me navigate some details about my deal over the phone and was an absolute pleasure to speak with. Even though she was clearly busy making things happen around the showroom, she took the time to say hello with a warm sincere smile. Danielle gets 5/5 for the customer service. Then we have the finance guy Sammy Sheick... worst experience I have ever had the displeasure of enduring. He was rude, and behaved as if I was keeping him from a lunch date with Kate Upton. Not sure he understands that in order to upsell something you have to use charm, customer service skills, with a pinch of charisma. He decided to go with dumpy attitude and rudeness for his big pitch. This man has the body language of a moody preteen girl. I can understand feeling pressure to upsell warranties, and feeling upset when it doesnt work out. But Mr Sammy decided his best shot to sell me was with negativity and a nasty attitude that rivals Gordon Ramsey. After several minutes of him rudely ordering me through the paperwork, I asked if he could point out were the CPO info was so I could review it. He told me he wasnt going to make any special exceptions on how he does his paperwork, and blew off my concerns entirely. He insisted that I should sign everything and it could be explained by the salesman Howard later. He even went as far as to tell me to hurry up because he had another deal he had to get to next, but he said "not to be rude, but... " so that made it ok right? Every word coming from his mouth was arrogant and had an air of entitlement. If I had not flown in from out of state I would have walked out on the deal. He was that wretched. He has the customer service skills of a morgue worker. Im not sure how he has managed to stay employed acting like that during a business deal. Kia of Irvine can do better than Sammy, there are plenty of people who can do finance and act civilized. He is doing real damage to the long term health of the dealership even if he makes them short term gains. I wonder how many customers have decided they would rather pay more at Carvana or other online retailer than ever deal with Sammy again? Sammy Sheick gets negative five out of five. I feel bad for his co workers most of all, they have to deal with him everyday. The Kia Sorento I got for my wife is great and she loves it. More

My dealership experiences had typically been painful with long drawn out transaction times as the dealership dragged me through their, for the most part, irritating pressure sales process. I was pleasantly surprised when Kia of Irvine valued my time and moved the transaction along efficiently but, at the same time, ensured they addressed all my questions. I never felt pressured nor manipulated. Kia cars are a great product and this dealership complements this nicely with great service. More

It's clean and overall staff seems helpful but behind the curtain of friendliness sits the same misdirected unhelpful staff as seen at kia of orange (which no longer exists... This one probably following suit soon I presume ...) The sales team is good they sell cars , unfortunately the cars lately have had problems (I'm referring to the recalls of engines and other safety concerns ) so no fault of them ... The real problems of the dealership is the service department... They are horrible to deal with if you have anything serious... I despise the rack that they (lower level team members) will purposely transfer your phone call to the wrong person... basically what I'm saying is it's impossible to get ahold of a manager or anybody who can actually make a decision it seems that these lower-level employees are doing this on purpose as to avoid any actual work they might have to perform or get scrutinized for.... Among other problems this dealership is getting it's low 1 star for the service department alone. Thanks mario More

The car I bought was in excellent condition with very low miles and for a fair price. They repainted the bumpers and the car looked almost brand new when I picked it up. . More

The seats are more comfortable. The navigation system is better than Lexus and it has many more features than the Lexus. In Lexus and Mercedes I ruined more charging cables because of their design in placing it in the armchair holder. My Kia Niro Touring gets 520 miles in the 12 gallon tank and uses 87 and not 91 octane. The 10 year, 100,000 warranty and 0 percent interest are hard to beat! I’m very happy with my purchase! More
