So far I have purchased two vehicles here since 2019. I love the sales staff and they're like family. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the service department. I called today to make an appointment for an oil change and the guy tells me on the phone we don't do that anymore you'll have to book it online. I book online and it's over one week out. I decide to also check another platform with the same booking system for their dealership and interestingly I get the next day. So I booked that one. I'm sure I'll get the same story that I have since covid and post covid that they don't do courtesy washes because they're either short-staffed or the machine is broke. So which is it going to be this time? More

I checked Edmunds and iseecars websites, and same price. Internet sales manager ANNA CUEVAS responded to my email with links and verified my findings, said they would honor their offer. I said I'd pay cash, and she made appointment for 5/25/24so the car would be ready. 5/25/24 morning I took the 60 mile uber there. 930a after a sales meeting she said she never heard back from sales manager JEFF JONES (?), and walked me to his office. He cut her off and said "not gonna happen" and proceeded to delete the car from the internet in front of me. Said "gone." I reminded him I had emails and screenshots, and was pretty sure they had a legal obligation to make good somehow. He refusedsell me this car. When I asked if you sell me any car?" (Shakes his head no) "Can you put that in writing, an email?" He writes ADVERTISING TYPO, NO SALE on a card a sails it across the table and for the next 30 min all workers would not engage me. Couldn't believe he's letting a sale (and 25k) walk out the door. Not sure if my disability or my race played a factor, but I uber 100 mi round trip, humiliation and refusing my money after a bait and switch is criminal. I emailed this, and 6 days later instead of an apology i receive a quote from them for a different car at $37k. After filing with Kia N. America, BBB and DMV yesterday, today I got an alert that the car was relisted at 31.5k--supposedly discounted 3k to sell fast. I am a 3 time Kia customer. I will share my experience and hope to warn all. More

I scheduled a service appointment for a safety recall a week ago. I drove in early and waited in line as the person working the checkin was basically ignoring the very short line of cars. I waited patiently for 20 minutes as this person walked nearby a half dozen times without making any effort to come to my car (and he was just goofing off much of the time). I finally walked into the service counter and was greeted by a "may I help you" from another person. I said I was here my appoint for a safety recall. He immediately said the parts did not come in today and that my appointment would not happen. I then said, it would have been nice to get a call before driving in for my 1:30 appt. He countered, we have been calling. I said that I didnt receive a call. He then said what do you want me to do about that? Seriously. If there is a problem with some of the appointments, as soon as people get in line, check with them if they are affected. Absolutely terrible attitude and service. This is my worst experience ever with a dealership service department. More
Do not use their service department! I must be the most unlucky person when it comes to buying vehicles, my Kia Sorento PHEV XS-Prestige was great until it hit about 20k miles, then it “ I must be the most unlucky person when it comes to buying vehicles, my Kia Sorento PHEV XS-Prestige was great until it hit about 20k miles, then it “blew up” in the garage with my husband, my toddler and myself all in the vehicle and got it all on video from inside and outside the vehicle. Took it straight to Kia of Irvine and had to have the transmission, transfer assay and valve cover replaced, of course it took multiple visits because after one thing was replaced it was leaking oil and had a horrible smell from the AC. They would return my car looking worse than I brought it in with oil on the seats and trim. Low and behold I didn’t realize that was the beginning of my problems….that was back in Feb/March 2023 and took months just to get the mechanical issues fixed, sometimes I had a rental, sometimes I didn’t. Now, September 2023 and my car still stinks…the AC smells disgusting if you run it the day before and the car just smells disgusting from whatever smell is coming from the AC. After bringing it in so many times they have ghosted me at this dealership and I haven’t received a call back. I have given up and don’t even drive it anymore, it just smells so disgusting. More

Train your customer advisor to be customer oriented or fire them. There will be a lot of men and women that can do a better job. More
Horrible costumer service. I complained because I need to go back to work and he yelled at me saying it was a mistake when the person on the phone said the car was going to be ready in 30 min now I'm going to be late at work is been 30 min and the car still jot ready. I'm been coming to this Dealership for years. I never had a bad experience until I meet JIM OlSON. Who don't care about costumers, when we make a appointments and tell us the car is ready and you come and car is not the least they can do is treat you right not the way this guy Jim Olson did so sad More

Then guy tells me that the service inspection/diagnostic people work only mon-Friday but if wanted to get check in it will probably done till Monday! Called to talk to supervisor and was told he would give a call back he said was currently busy. Never got a call back! More
