Best experience Ever I recently had the opportunity to get a 2018 Chevy Silverado from Kia of Irvine with the help of Sameer. When I think of car dealerships, it is the eq I recently had the opportunity to get a 2018 Chevy Silverado from Kia of Irvine with the help of Sameer. When I think of car dealerships, it is the equivalent of going to the dentist. Absolutely not pleasant, but necessary. However, Sameer and the entire staff was extremely professional, helpful, and helped me navigate the process. I would definitely recommend to anyone. More

Buying a Used Car is a Scary Process After locating a vehicle we were interested in, we contacted the designated sales associate Abby. She provided additional information on the vehic After locating a vehicle we were interested in, we contacted the designated sales associate Abby. She provided additional information on the vehicle (ie: remaining warranty, maintenance records, etc) online so we could decide if we wanted to see and test the car. She managed to keep the process and anxiety of buying a used car to a minimum. We elected to finance a portion of the vehicle. This was handled by Abby and Farhad. They kept the paper work moving, and were both very pleasant, and easy to work with. Most importantly, no one tried to convince us to buy another car that was on the lot, which we had experienced this at other dealers recently. Overall, buying this car was a pleasant, and pressure free experience, and would certainly contact first for any future car purchases, More

He literally started a deal wh My experience was horrible at this dealership. The salesman I felt with was great up until the point the deal was done. He literally started a deal while I was still trying to get my new car ready to get off the lot. The extra items that were supposed to be thrown in never arrived. When my husband asked about them we were met with rude comments and told to "just come get them if we want them". When I went to speak with the GM finally because the experience was so bad she basically told me it was my fault and we were over reacting. The main problem with this dealership was the salesman who was just unprofessional and rude. Who made promises he didnt keep and when he seemed to not make the money he wanted from my purchase gave me the quick brush off was on to the next deal. I will not recommend this unorganized place. More
