Inconvenient and unprofessional my over all experience was not the best. I felt like it was very disorganized and not convenient for me as the customer. The only reason I feel a little satisfied is because of your great workers in the service department that I talked to on the phone and Rabi. The times I called the service department to talk about my car they were all so helpful and kind. Rabi in sales has been amazing. He did not make the sale with me on Friday but he helped get me in the door when I was looking into the car I wanted to purchase. He is very personable and kind. I appreciated how he took the initiative to help me this morning as well. He didn't know anything about my car being serviced today but he still wanted to take the step to help me anyways. My sales guy, Tommy, was kind to me but he is very disorganized. He forgot to give me back my insurance card so I had to come back, he asked me to come in on Saturday to get my windshield repaired and he called me to come back on Monday after I dropped off my car to get serviced. It was very inconvenient for me and was a waste of time. He seems new to this work field so I hope that over time he learns and grows from his mistakes. Unfortunately, it had to be me that he made the mistakes with. I usually don't complain but today I was late to work from the inconvenience that I experienced at your store. If I come back in the future, I'd definitely request Rabi to help me. Also, my speakers in my car are blown. I expected my car to be ready to drive off the lot and it's not. The windshield being chipped and my speakers being blown, I don't think I'd recommend someone to come to your store if they didn't know what to look for in a used car before buying it. I hope these things change in your store. More
