BEWARE my experience at Kia of Irvine was so bad that I feel obligated to warn others. I brought my car in for its first service after only four months of ownership, and I left with far more problems than feel obligated to warn others. I brought my car in for its first service after only four months of ownership, and I left with far more problems than I came in with. When I picked up my car, I immediately noticed things were off. It was pulling to the right and wouldnt drive straight. I immediately drove back and was told it was because i had 2 new tires and 2 old tires EXCUSE ME? I had four brand new tires before this visit, and suddenly they were no longer on my car. This is completely unacceptable. They refused to even look at it or drive it to feel the pulling. Had they have looked at it maybe they wouldve noticed they FORGOT TO PUT ON LUG NUT!!! I went in for a routine service and left with damage, missing parts, and a loss of trust. The lack of accountability and quality control at this dealership is alarming. If you value your vehicle and your peace of mind, I highly recommend taking your car somewhere else. More

Ricardo was helpful and friendly. He texted me with recommended services for my Kia Soul and completed the ones I selected in a reasonable amount of time. Shuttle service was free and He texted me with recommended services for my Kia Soul and completed the ones I selected in a reasonable amount of time. Shuttle service was free and driver was very friendly. Staff upon pickup of the car were friendly and efficient. We enjoyed the free snacks in the waiting area and in the shuttle.
