Purchasing a car was my least favorite thing to do because of all the bad experiences. However, I had an amazing experience with Michael Flores last Friday. When I asked him almost hundreds of questions, he was happy to answer no matter what. Even after I purchased my car, he told me to reach out with any questions. Recently took my car in for recall service. Scheduling the service was an issue because they do not do this work on weekends and don’t mention this anywhere on the website and the service perso Scheduling the service was an issue because they do not do this work on weekends and don’t mention this anywhere on the website and the service person I spoke to to confirm parts were available didn’t mention it either. The day I took the car in, I never received an update or phone call that it was done. I waited until 6:15pm for word, didn’t get it, showed up at their service center and the car had been done hours earlier. Finally, went to check to see if the work had been fixed and it hadn’t. I went back to the service center and the service manager argued with me that the high beams that were supposed to have been fixed were fixed and working when obviously they weren’t. I had to go to another service center, get their opinion to make sure I wasn’t crazy, and then come back to this center to speak to another manager who brought a service tech to confirm that the high beams in fact did not work. This whole time there’s no consideration for customer service or the fact that I’m wasting time coming back and forth. They’re either not performing the work they say they are or they’re doing it wrong and then won’t admit it’s wrong. More
