Best dealership experience I’ve ever had Came to get my car serviced and stepped inside to look at the Kia Telluride and see what was available in stock. Was aware of what a hot car the Tellu Came to get my car serviced and stepped inside to look at the Kia Telluride and see what was available in stock. Was aware of what a hot car the Telluride is right now. Staff at the store was amazing. They were quick, precise and unbelievably friendly. I was in and out of the store in record time w my car serviced and a new Telluride for my wife to pick up the next day. Service, Sales, Finance were all extremely friendly and helpful. Experience didn’t feel right. Internet sales mgr was all w. Experience felt unprofessional. Cheap salesman pitch. Car quality great. Experience sucked. You get a low ball offer on 1 yr old electric vehicle Experience felt unprofessional. Cheap salesman pitch. Car quality great. Experience sucked. You get a low ball offer on 1 yr old electric vehicle, with low miles and things are found that not there to decrease value on trade in. The manner of discussion on Kia purchase was full of talks about jokes, which aren’t appreciated. The manner to get you to sign and then send you out without a comfortable, enjoyable purchase experience. Just felt wrong. Just wrong. Now the finance person was great. Straight easy conversation. Professional. The salesman was wrong. He should invite one to office, offer and bring refreshments not point to where to get it. Also how about going over numbers instead of “why or what can you pay”, or “where do you want to be in payment “. BS let’s see numbers let’s discuss value and where can both parties meet so everyone makes out without me the buyer going home feeling bad. Also the used car lot was terribly managed, no one present to assist my family. Bldg was empty. Personnel had to come from across street to assist. This happens again im shopping elsewhere and sharing experience with friends. More
