I understand your frustration. I was on the phone with your wife while she screamed at me along with 5 other dealership employees. We explained the charge on the Soul Ev you purchased would not make the trip to you via traditional driving. We then employed a transportation company to pick up the vehicle. I sent your wife a picture of the vehicle with the truck driver. I offered to rent you another car for the day or pay for your Uber/Lyft trips. I apologize if you feel you received bad service. It's the complete opposite. In addition the truck driver was reluctant to complete the job due to the poor treatment from your wife. I had to pay him an additional fee.

My wife did not scream, in fact she dealt with you because she is the nice one. So be glad you dealt with her. You did FINALLY get the car loaded. This was after hearing SINCE Tue at 9am,maybe 930am, that "the truck is on its way and youll get your car today". You respond by denigrating my wife and seem to be aghast that i am upset as you got the car loaded up at 330pm on Wed. Gee wonder why I am upset. Had you told me from the beginning how much of a hassle it would have not purchased from you. Also your attitude is what the real issue is. Had you shown the least amount of actual concern for my situation this couldve been a different experience. You lack of professionalism was appalling. As shown by your excuse laden response. At least I am now done with you. Thats the only good thing about this ordeal. Kia deserves better.

More excuses?? Cause I had no issue with the driver. I met him we talked, he was fine. YOU were not. YOU did not meet expectations. I told him I hope he DID charge you more, he said he did not. I truly hope you lost money on the delivery. THAT would make me happy. Id even consider raising the star rating LOL
