Negative Experience My daughter and I at the Kia dealership in Lake Forrest we were planning on buying her first car as an adult. Troy was helpful as her sales person and My daughter and I at the Kia dealership in Lake Forrest we were planning on buying her first car as an adult. Troy was helpful as her sales person and spent time during three visits with my daughter Emma Martin. She found the car she liked and was going to lease a car last night Thursday October 10th. When she got to finance she was told by Sammy in financing that leasing will cost her more money and that Emma should but the car as a purchase. She had been at the dealership for three hours and when she realized that by purchasing the car her payment would go up $100 difference every month. She was confused and when she said she would like to come back with her Father Sammy told her that this is her third time in and that she is wasting everyone’s time and that they’re trying to make a living. She was very hurt and shocked and on her drive home she called me crying about the way she was treated. She is going to purchase a car but unfortunately for Troy, the sales person that deserves the sale, she will be purchasing the same car from a different dealership. More

Yesterday I retired the 2013 Optima and walked out with an amazing 2019 upgraded new model that is amazing. More amazing is the continued level of service that is sought by the management of this dealership. While many dealerships struggle with true customer service, this dealership (while it had its issues in the past) has continued to hold a high bar for their representatives and consultants. In an email to Danielle Ortega who handled my financing, approval and overall experience, I reiterated that my sales consultant Mike Khartabil was above and beyond the best I have experienced. I have been in executive roles for quite some time during my 29 career. I don't pull punches and I don't recommend easily. . This recognition is truly deserved. I could not have asked for a more open an honest sales consultant...and that's saying a lot in the car business. Mike was with me every step of the way, even when I directed him that I was not going to waste my time, nor his, unless the research, paperwork and assessment of whether an option was even possible, was completed. xxxx, I wasn't even going to step foot in the dealership until he assured me that things would be reviewed in advance. His knowledge of the Kia brand, the vehicles and the process of how to execute the new purchase was top-tier. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I would highly recommend checking Kia out first, especially with the new Telluride. Then immediately ask for Mike. Don't pass go. Don't collect 200 dollars....just go straight to Mike. He'll take care of you and I guarantee you'll have a completely new dealership experience. More

Horrible. Lied to constantly for two days I gave 1 star because I can't give negative Stars. I bought a car and was told that they would deliver it to me the next day. However it is now 48 hou I gave 1 star because I can't give negative Stars. I bought a car and was told that they would deliver it to me the next day. However it is now 48 hours later and all I hear is it will be delivered. Max told me to call him to set the whole thing up and then just left. The manager, Danielle, laughed when my wife called and the Financial Manager, Sammy, his only response was to tell me to cancel the buy. I have never been treated so badly after spending $16,000 anywhere. A truly horrid experience. I doubt I will EVER work with KIA again. *To add to this review the car did NOT arrive until 10:30PM Wednesday. How is that ok?? It was also not fully charged. WOW. I have filed a complaint with Kia headquarters, lets see if they make this right. Be warned who you are working with here at KIA of IRVINE More
