I came in on Labor Day weekend and it was super busy & she did a wonderful job juggling her clients and making me feel very well taken care of. She was suppose be off of work that evening at 5pm but ended up staying till 10pm for us. You will be EXTREMELY HAPPY if you work with ANNIE! More

unhappy with closing loved our sales guy ron moremile and would recommend him to friends and would have given dealership a 5 star except for the closing sale portion with loved our sales guy ron moremile and would recommend him to friends and would have given dealership a 5 star except for the closing sale portion with the finance guy Sami. he was not transparent with numbers- kept trying all the scams of a monthly payment amount vs bottom line price of car, pushing extended warranty and trying to sneak in a security add on fee. When he began his pitch, I told him we weren’t interested in warranty etc and he insisted in making us listen and his drawing a picture to emphasize why its needed, etc. he dragged out what could have been a quick transaction. really a bummer ending to our purchase. He argued with me about the actual price of vehicle (trying to add on a $900+ fee for supposed security device for their own inventory tracking) and I was absolutely ready to leave and walk away. he made it seem like it was of his hands and screaming for the sales guy, It all felt very car salesman like - trying to confuse us and trick us into higher payments. just be straight up dude!!! More

We had told him that we weren't in the market yet and he applied absolutely no pressure to commit that day.
