The negotiating process was very easy when compared to other Kia dealerships we visited. I did not feel like they were wasting my time. The reason I am giving this review 3 stars is because of Sammy in the finance office. He was very rude to both me and my wife and did not seem to care about us as customers. I felt like he just wanted to push us out the door. At one point I asked about having a service included in the deal because Jay had mentioned it. Sammy’s response was “I have no idea about they, that’s not my department, you would need to speak with Jay”. I then asked if we should leave his office to speak with Jay and then he finally say I could page him. I found that very unprofessional and unhelpful. Jay May have been busy at the time because he did not come right away. We continued with the paperwork and when it came time to sign the PO, I asked again if I should go find Jay. Sammy then changed his mind and said he would include 1 service. I guess he had the capability to do that all along and lied to me and my wife. If there was any reason for me to not come back to this dealership it is because of Sammy. More
