Ehhhhh I came in to view a used car. I first was talking with Max, who was not as friendly as he could be and did not instill confidence in my possible purch I came in to view a used car. I reached out again hoping to reach someone else and Tommy perfectly helped me through the process and was able to explain things that Max did not take the time to do. When I came in to purchase the car I could hear Max yelling at Tommy and using some choice words in their sales area about Tommy closing with me. Several f bombs. If tommy didn’t have a copy of my license and insurance I would have just walked out. I was told I'd get a full tank of gas but that didn't happen. My car had 200 additional miles on it from what the paperwork had and when I kept asking that fact was very much ignored. They ran a credit check even though I was paying in full with cash. They were supposed to put on temporary dmv paper plates but that didn't happened. When I asked about that they said it was fine because I'd get my permanent plates and 2 to 6 weeks. When I mentioned that I thought it was required by law they said they will mail it to me. I didn't appreciate it when the employees would go from speaking English to a different language between themselves. It's not very transparent when I know they are talking about me pointing at my credit score. More
