Matt is amazing! I came here for my 2nd time in 2years to lease another KIA Sportage XS Turbo. My first impression was truly amazing and very professional with Matt an I came here for my 2nd time in 2years to lease another KIA Sportage XS Turbo. My first impression was truly amazing and very professional with Matt and he truly is a professional gentleman, but when we came down to negotiating numbers was out of his hand and he called his “Kia finance Manager” older Persian/Iranian gentleman who came in with a very serious face and asked me and my family what he can do for us? Matt said he can give us 12k miles 36 months 0 down for x$ and i was only asking him to lower the price! When his persian superior came right out the bat he said 48 months 10k miles and even higher payments and also had the nerve to tell me in my face and in front my wife and my parents: YOU CANT AFFORD THIS CAR, GET A CHEAPER CAR, WHY TURBO WHEN YOU CANT AFFORD IT!!! my parents couldnt see so much disrespect to me and my wife because im already driving the same exact car before walking to that dealership and that one was also lease same exact price so i know i can afford it! He disrespected us so much in front my family by keep saying that i can not afford the car that my parents made us leave the dealership and get the car from Los Angeles. Matt kept his words and gave us 12k miles 36 months and the price we were asking him after we left the dealership and brought us back and was very apologetic because of other managers attitude! Not to mention the other persian manager was chewing gum in our face so loud that i was so upset and felt he was super unprofessional to chew gum in front of customers face! Big thanks to Matt again and plz tell your manager to stop chewing gum in showroom and disrespecting clients because they are negotiating the price! More
