And now on to Anthony our financial advisor, when it comes to these guys I usually cringe because I know they are gonna try and up sale the xxxx out the car. Not this guy! He looked out for us and took care of us! We clicked and that made this process that much more enjoyable! Everyone was kind friendly and helpful. The lounge was super clean and the coffee was delicious! The speed at which they got us into our new used car blew me outa the water! No more hours at a dealership it was one two three! I know where we are buying all of our cars from now on! More

I spent 5 hours to finalized a purchased, my sales person had me waiting while he was talking to other potential buyers. I purchased a 2021 Kia Sorento, after driving for 191 Miles the transmission failed. I had me waiting while he was talking to other potential buyers. When i finally got in touch my sales person said" its Saturday the service staff was unavailable". I was left stranded on a highway with a brand-new car with my 3 Months baby. I had to have the card taken to a closer kia dealer. So, I guess once you had signed and paid for your vehicle the attention and service go out the window. Pathetic excuse for customer service at the dealership. Go somewhere else! We arrived with the specific car identified from the online inventory and had to wait over 5 hours for them to get it from the w Go somewhere else! We arrived with the specific car identified from the online inventory and had to wait over 5 hours for them to get it from the warehouse "20 minutes away". After we agreed with terms at 1 hour in, they rarely acknowledged or communicated with us for the next 4 hours. Then, when it came time to pay the deposit they wouldn't accept an ACH or wire transfer? Of course because they took so long the bank branch was closed so we had to use a card and pay a processing fee. This should have been disclosed up front. The finance manager and sales person offered and promised to send the bill of sale and window sticker to the insurance company (which is normal practice), but have failed to do so despite numerous requests over the past few days which is jeopardizing our insurance coverage. Now they will not answer our calls and the manager refuses to speak with us. More
