Friendly, attentive and accommodating. John Kraft is a friendly and attentive salesman. He listened to our needs and showed patience and understanding. It took a couple of trips and some negotiating but John was able to close the deal with us. I was originally interested in getting a Sportage but once I saw the benefits of the Niro, I decided to give the much more fuel efficient crossover a try. Since we already own a Prius, I am happy to have a vehicle that I can drive on the HOV lane to save time in traffic and, of course, the excellent gas mileage. The Kia Niro gives you the gas mileage similar to a Prius (around 50mpg) without the look of the Prius. So, now we have two HOV lane worthy vehicles and with the Niro, so far so good. The Niro also has the latest Apple Car Play or Android Auto smartphone integration. You can basically use your car screen like it's your phone which includes navigation, music, etc. - a real plus! Car Buying is Awesome Again! After visiting many dealerships over several weeks, we decided to visit KIA of Huntington. We had heard that the KIA reputation was very good and the After visiting many dealerships over several weeks, we decided to visit KIA of Huntington. We had heard that the KIA reputation was very good and the warranty was outstanding. We stopped in and met the wonderful staff, including John Kraft. He showed us the Sorrento and Sportage after listening to what our needs for a vehicle were. Finally a dealership where the salesman was listening instead of just trying to sell. Answered all our questions, spoke to us about our budget and financing options and then let us discuss privately. We liked the car but was unsure. After a few more questions the next day which John politely answered, we went in for a test drive. We were sold, Our Sportage is awesome. It was refreshing to go to a dealership that did not pressure us. The KIA sells itself. The salesman know that, and are only too happy to help when you ask for it. Wonderful dealership, wonderful salesman and incredible car. So much luxury I was not expecting for a car so reasonably priced. Thank you! More
