My first new car!! I did A LOT of research before deciding on Kia. I wanted the Sorento but after test driving the Optima, it was love at first drive. I was greeted by John Kraft and told him what I was looking for.. a new car, good on gas but not pricey. He helped me quickly narrow it down to a 2019 kia forte lxs in red. After the test drive he gave me a great price without needing to fight, beg or having to pretend to leave. The manager Brian T made the rest of the process quick and efficient. Within a few hours I had finance, insurance the keys and I was on my way. I even get a year of free oil changes. Although I got a low model there are so many safety features and the phone integration is AMAZING. My google maps shows on the video display! I highly recommend this store, its bright, new and everyone is friendly. More

THE BEST Kia Dealer north shore Long Island has to offer! I have leased two 2019 cars from this dealer within the last 2 months and have brought my last two cars for service at this dealership. All employees are down to earth, personal, and respectful from the moment you enter the building. They are not pushy with sales and don't try to pull any strings or last minute changes on you. They are up front with everything and it has been the only dealership I have dealt with that I have been negotiating one on one with the sales manager and sales person and just skipped the in-between stuff. Both times I have had David Pigate as my sales person and Brain Tighe sales manager and both are hands down the best around! No complains what so ever.
