Amazing Customer Service On My Purchase! I usually dread shopping for a new car because of missing info, hidden charges, difficulty in communications and endless waiting to pick up the vehicl I usually dread shopping for a new car because of missing info, hidden charges, difficulty in communications and endless waiting to pick up the vehicle. None of these happened with this dealership! The prices and car were as promised. The communications were fast and accurate. But the most amazing part came when I came to pick up the car. I had to get out by noon, so I showed up at 10 even though they asked me to come at 11. They never mentioned that I was early, but Sal, Brian and my finance guy whose name eludes me gave me excellent service and I drove out with my new car with time to spare. Customer service like this is rare these days and in my experience, even more rare in the car business. So this was an experience I truly appreciated. More

I had done my research and gotten competitive pricing from Truecar. Brian handled the details and I made him an offer that I knew was aggressive but fair. The exact color I wanted was out of stock but Brian accommodated me with a slightly more expensive car at a comparable savings. They were very professional from start to finish. I wasn’t able to take it the same day I went in to test drive it because I was unable to get a temporary lic Buying a car here was a great experience. I wasn’t able to take it the same day I went in to test drive it because I was unable to get a temporary license plate on a Sunday but John made sure to have all of the paperwork ready the next day before I arrived. At that point all I had to do was sign and grab my keys! Nice and easy, the whole process took about 30 min or less. I came to the dealership from over an hour away and it was definitely worth it.
