Service department The service department from the first call has been a disaster. No one picks up the phone & the service manager has a voice message that he will call The service department from the first call has been a disaster. No one picks up the phone & the service manager has a voice message that he will call you right back. I have never received a return call from him. It's most annoying since the message says he's gonna call you right back! The other person, Charlie, lies about phone calls he said that he made that I never received. Place is a joke. Let's see how they install a new motor in my side view mirror. Car has 3000 miles on it & needs a new part. Wow! More
