Quality Deals and Treatment I had looked into the 2019 KIA Forte and had seen the ratings especially for its value were excellent. After spending a few of my recent weekends I had looked into the 2019 KIA Forte and had seen the ratings especially for its value were excellent. After spending a few of my recent weekends at a few other dealerships where people I knew knew somebody, feeling pressured and defeated, I called in for a test drive. I met with John Kraft who very friendly, and took the time to show me how everything worked in the car before putting the car in drive. The car ran smooth, and features such as apple/android car play, google maps and blue tooth are included. A sizeable screen in the interior as well. I went over and negotiated numbers with John, which took some time, however I did not feel judged or devalued for proposing a price. We landed on agreeable numbers. I really felt the Forte was my favorite car out of all the cars I test drove these past few weeks. I signed a lease on it yesterday. My car was presented with a big pink bow, which I thought was a great touch (I don’t want to admit it, but yeah, I almost cried happy tears seeing my car for the first time). We even took a picture in front of the car exchanging the key. Overall, I would definitely recommend this dealership. All along John’s desk and wall are awards for top rated sales person, and it shows. I appreciate that as someone who walked in by themself leasing for the first time, that I was treated with respect and professionalism. Thank you again! More
