On March 15th, 2025, I visited the Kia Dealership in Huntington to explore options for trading in my 2019 Kia Optima. I was first assisted by Ana, who was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive. She took the time to address all my needs and concerns, making the process feel easy and comfortable. Thanks to her guidance, I was able to lease a 2024 Kia K4. George handled the financial portion and did an outstanding job helping me stay within my budget. He went above and beyond to offer additional services and support for the duration of my 3-year car loan. I'm truly grateful I chose Kia Huntington. They reneged on promises, like free oil changes, offered to get my business moved to them. Then when I went back to ask about an early turn in, I learned that everyone I dealt with either was fired or quit. Now there is a skeleton crew there and you can't speak to anyone if you call, and the owner doesn't seem to care. I will go back to leasing Hondas. After a total of 6 leased Kias in my household, they certainly don't care about me getting #7. Bye Kia. More

Wish I could give zero stars. Stay far, far away from the service department. Had a weird experience last time I was there with them not knowing where my car was after an oil chan Stay far, far away from the service department. Had a weird experience last time I was there with them not knowing where my car was after an oil change. After they told me they couldn't find my car, they called two minutes later saying they found the car and that it was done. This was just an oil change that I had an appointment but they kept my car from the night before till close that day. 7k miles later (which I was told by kia is the normal synthetic oil interval), the engine started making some funky noises. I checked the oil and noticed it was barely on the dipstick and looked dark and smelt burnt. Brought it in and was told that it was low on oil. The car has been there over 12 times for oil changes and never had low oil. Mechanic said it wasn't burning oil or leaking so he has no idea where it went. It makes me think that they never changed the oil last time but didn’t hesitate to charge me $200.00. Also the car shakes when you brake (which I knew), but they didn’t even tell me I need brakes and said theyre in great shape. To top it off the service manager is a complete tool. After bringing these concerns up, he asserted that I made big accusations and said that I had made up a “good story.” I have spent a lot of money there and never had an issue with the old service manager. I have noticed the turn over of the employees and definitely see why! More
