It was such a great experience! I got to work with Lizzie in service, and she was the best service representative I could’ve had. I walked in. She greeted me and immediately met all I got to work with Lizzie in service, and she was the best service representative I could’ve had. I walked in. She greeted me and immediately met all the needs that I was there, for I will return and tell many people about my experience there. I got to talk to several of the service staff and they were all helpful and expedited my three vehicles with their recall issue. I came in with one vehicle, and Lizzie told me go get them all, no need for appointment. Will get them handled today. I love Kia of Everett! More
